Mr. Madan Lal Agarwal established Sharda Plastics in 1971 after the name of his wife, Mrs Sharda Devi. Mr. Satya Narain Mittal assisted his father and soon took over the company's reins. With a very strong resolution and a very strong belief, he stepped into the Plastic Industry, determined to change the industry landscape.

High-quality packaging solutions were very rare back in the day! By introducing highly progressive methodologies, best-world practices, and manufacturing processes, he infused Sharda with the philosophy of offering world-class products and encouraging innovation to make the best even better.

In the times when there was a scarcity of resources, proper infrastructure, and machinery, Mr. Mittal saw a vision to transform the industry by incorporating the best innovations. To realise his dream, he kept on innovating to keep pace with the dynamic market environment.
